It’s the water-wings. The wings that signal memories every time. This image particularly reminds me of swimming in grandma and grandpa’s pool with all the brothers, sisters, and cousins running about. Simple times.
It wasn that long ago if you really think about the grand scheme of life here. Most people think at 30 they are nearly done. Hell – you’re only 10 years into your adult life at that point. You should remember what it was like during your childhood… and if that’s a touchy subject for you then maybe you shouldn’t remember your childhood.
These photos were chosen because most of them have a quality that is equal to slow motion. Taking the present and slowing it way down. For us to remember exactly everything that made these moments in our own lives so goddamn pivotal.
