WPL 2025 Points Table: The new season of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) started in an emphatic fashion, as it was a proper nail-bitter between defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and underdogs Gujarat Giants (GG). Ashleigh Gardner set up the first innings with her blazing 79* before Richa Ghosh powered RCB to the highest-ever run-chase in WPL history. She made a blazing 64* in just 27 balls.
Gujarat Giants opened their account with an easy win against UP Warriorz, securing victory by six wickets with two overs to spare. They have now moved up to second place on the points table.
