Travis Kelce on his favorite Taylor Swift songs, one he ‘learned’ to love
When it comes to his favorite Taylor Swift songs, Travis Kelce doesn’t have a blank space.
During a new bonus episode of his New Heights podcast with his brother Jason, Travis revealed his updated list of favorites from his girlfriend’s discography, including one that surprised him.
“I mean ‘Blank Space’ is a song that I’ll always listen to forever,” Travis said of the 1989 hit when a fan called into the show and asked which of Swift’s songs the brothers could listen to for the rest of their lives. “It’s just unbelievable, everything about it.”
He added, “I’ll throw a few new ones out there. ‘Death By a Thousand Cuts’ is one that I’ve learned to absolutely love.”
“I’ve watched Tay’s NPR, her Tiny Desk, and she played it on that one and that’s where I fell in love with it,” Travis continued. “On top of that I mean ‘The Alchemy’ can’t go wrong with that one.”
“The Alchemy,” which hails from Swift’s newest album The Tortured Poets Department, is widely believed to be about the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, as is “So High School,” which Travis also name-dropped in the podcast episode.
He went on to say that Swift’s Evermore track “Cowboy Like Me” “is another good one.” Interestingly, Swift has performed “Cowboy Like Me” during the surprise song section of her worldwide Eras Tour while Travis has been in attendance on more than one occasion.
Jason also got in on the Swiftie fun by revealing his pick. “Everybody knows mine is ‘I Can Do It With a Broken Heart,’” Jason said of the TTPD single, adding, “I’m not even gonna go through all of her incredible hits. I think it just stops right there for me.”
Travis has been open about his love for all things 1989 and “Blank Space” in the past, and previously also said “So High School” was his favorite TTPD track.

Swift and Travis famously started seeing each other after the NFL star publicly stated on his New Heights podcast in July 2023 that he had tried — and failed — to connect with the 14-time Grammy winner at her Eras Tour show in Kansas City via a friendship bracelet he made with his phone number on it. The duo first appeared to confirm their relationship when they stepped out together at Travis’ Chiefs game on Sept. 24, where Swift was seen cheering him on alongside his mother, Donna.
