WCL 2025: The IND vs PAK in the tournament was supposed to take place on July 20, but the Indian players have started pulling out of the match.
There was some outrage on social media, regarding the WCL 2025 match between India Champions & Pakistan Champions on July 20, but none too loud. But as per a report in RevSportz, keeping in the mind the sentiments of the entire nation, a few players have backed out from the match — including the likes of Harbhajan Singh, Yusuf Pathan and Irfan Pathan.

While the same has not been confirmed officially, but eventually there could be more pull outs, as this decision seems to be coming after the Pahalgam terror attack. In fact, RevSportz further went on to say, that the match could get cancelled too, amidst rising objection from the players.
Meanwhile, the Indian team in the tournament comprises of some the best players the country has seen. Apart from Bhajji, Irfan and Yusuf, the team is led by Yuvraj Singh, along with Shikhar Dhawan, Suresh Raina and Robin Uthappa. Some other ex-India players also feature in the team — Abhimanyu Mithun, Gurkeerat Maan, and Varun Aaron.
