The Hunger Games movies are such solid hits that they still hold up in 2024. They’re as bingeable as ever.
However, no matter how often you’ve watched the movies, there’s still a lot that you probably don’t know about what happened behind the scenes.
Starring Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth, the franchise tells its story across four movies.
The original run was so successful that it spawned a spinoff movie The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, which premiered in 2023. Another newly announced spinoff, called Sunrise on the Reaping, was recently announced. It will arrive in theaters in 2026.
