Orange Cat Proves Animals Grieve Too After Her Hooman Catches Her Pawing At Her Late Doggy Brother’s Portrait and Sleeping In His Bed

A fur family of two dogs and an orange kitty were growing old together. A house filled with love, the fur siblings were always very close. Now, that they are in their senior years, things are slowing down. One of the dogs got an infection and then cancer and had to be put down. The family was able to get a vet to come to their home to help him cross the rainbow bridge and his fur siblings got to witness that. So they know he has been lied to rest. And now we see them both grieving their loss of a family member. 

The video that is truly breaking the hearts of viewers is of the orange cat seeing a portrait of her lost brother for the first time. She stops, stares with wide eyes, then approached it slowly. She gets extra close and just stares at it. She even starts to paw at it at one point. This isn’t her first instance of showing that she misses her brother. She has also been sleeping in his bed every night.
