Both Scottie Barnes (finger joint contusion) and Jared Rhoden (finger joint sprain) are questionable.
Poeltl and Quickley have both rested every other game since March 7, alternating games with RJ Barrett.
Quickley, 25, has played only 31 games this season due to various injuries but is averaging 17.5 points, 3.5 rebounds and 5.9 assists in his first full season in Toronto.
Poeltl, 29, is having a career-year statistically, averaging a career-high 14.5 points and 9.6 rebounds to go along with 2.8 assists, 1.2 steals, and 1.2 blocks.
Portland will be without Scoot Henderson, Deandre Ayton, Robert Williams III, Bryce McGowans, and Sidy Cissoko. Anfernee Simons is questionable and Jerami Grant is doubtful for the Trail Blazers.
