Outreach Talent Group Moves Into Gaming With Tenshi, Super GT Signings

EXCLUSIVE: Newly transatlantic agency Outreach Talent Group (OTG) is moving into the world of gaming.
The shop, which recently opened up in New York, has hired UK agents George Bray and George Hughes and signed Megan Garner, Super GT, Ollie Smith and Tenshi. The two managers will work across gaming alongside other members of the team in both the UK and U.S. The agency is also exploring strategic partnerships with gaming studios, esports teams and media platforms.
Hughes has worked across gamer-led campaigns for the likes of Sky, Red Bull and football associations. He was most recently working in Saudi Arabia with Team Falcons at the Esports World Cup. Bray is a talent and influencer manager who has worked with EFG, Riot Games and Activision Blizzard, amongst others.
OTG committed to making the gaming department “more than a new vertical” and said it wants to champion female gaming talent in the traditionally male-dominated space, such as Garner and Tenshi.
“Gaming has long been an area that we’ve wanted to pursue,” said Arciniega. “We’ve seen how creators in this space can build powerful communities and where we at OTG can add real value,” said OTG founder Emilio Arciniega. “For us, launching a dedicated gaming department is about supporting those voices with the same care, strategy and proactivity we apply across all parts of OTG.”
Founded by Arciniega and Amy Arciniega, OTG, which reps the likes of Love Is Blind UK breakout Bobby Johnson and a wealth of digital talent, has just over 20 staff and recently opened Stateside.
