Justin pled guilty to Driving While Ability Impaired, which is a much lesser violation than a DWI (Driving While Intoxicated).

According to reporting by TMZ, the hitmaker will need to complete 25 hours of community service. He will also be fined upwards of $500.

During the hearing, Justin admitted to drinking alcohol the night that he was pulled over. He added that he did not condone his behavior, which “didn’t live up to his own personal standards.”

Justin also stressed that he would not behave the same ever again, telling the judge that with “the utmost honesty I won’t be back here again.”

While the plea deal was accepted and the charges were much less than the original, Justin‘s drivers license will still be suspended in New York for 90 days, seemingly because he refused a Breathalyzer test when he was pulled over. Doing so normally triggers a year-long suspension.

In early August, Justin virtually pleaded not guilty to the charges, which stem from a June 2024 arrest.
