Former President Jimmy Carter has been nominated for a Grammy for the 10th time!
The 100-year-old former politician is nominated at the upcoming 2025 Grammys in the category of Best Audio Book, Narration & Storytelling Recording for his spoken-word album “Last Sunday in Plains: A Centennial Celebration.”

The album includes recordings from President Carter‘s Sunday school lessons at Maranatha Baptist Church in Plains, Ga.
This marks Jimmy‘s 10th nomination in the category, and at 100 years old, it makes him the oldest person to be nominated for a Grammy.
Currently, the oldest person to win a Grammy is Pinetop Perkins, who was 97 years old when he won Best Traditional Album in 2011.
Previously, Jimmy Carter won the Best Spoken World Album Grammy three times – in 2006 for “Our Endangered Values: America’s Moral Crisis,” in 2015 for “A Full Life: Reflections at 90″ and in 2018 for “Faith – A Journey for All.”
