BCL 2024: The Big Cricket League (BCL) 2024 came to an end as Mumbai Marines led by Irfan Pathan successfully chased down a target of 211 set by Suresh Raina’s Southern Spartans at Lalbhai Contractor Stadium in Surat, Gujarat to lift the trophy. The man of the final was Manan Sharma, who scored an explosive 82* off 40 balls, featuring seven fours and five sixes. His performance turned the tide decisively towards the Marines. Jesal Karia also played an important role, contributing a rapid 75 off 39 balls, laying the foundation for the chase. Irfan Pathan remained unbeaten on 18, guiding his team to the finish line with composure alongside Manan’s fireworks.
