‘He parkoured off the washing machine’: Hooman wakes up to find his fierce floof perched on the door, more pawrents shared their chaotic cute cats

Hello, cat pawrents! Did we catch you at the wrong time? Like, the middle of the night kind of wrong time? Well, define “wrong” – because you’re probably already awake. That’s because you’re a cat pawrent. And yes, we know how that is – we’re all cat pawrents here. We know what it is to wake up from a ferocious feline meowing loudly right into our ears when we sleep, or because of some Suspicious Noiseâ„¢ caused somewhere around the house with only one possible suspect.

So, you’re awake, now what? The only logical thing to do now is to get up, begrudgingly, and look for the culprit. And if you have your phone with you – document the evidence. This is what one cat pawrent did. He searched for his cat at 3 am after he woke up, and was surprised to find the ferocious floof perched on the door, like the king of the house he actually is. And yes, perched on the door. How? Some other people from the online feline family asked exactly that. He explained that his cat utilized his natural parkour abilities.

That is one of those “Weird but common” cat behaviors. It of course prompted other cat pawrents to share their own weird little guys in various places they shouldn’t be in. Or on. Or at. Cats just have this determination to get to all the places they shouldn’t be. The hilarity of this middle-of-the-night thread is sure to keep you funny company while you search for what your own cat did to cause the noise that woke you up.
