Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton Celebrate 4th Wedding Anniversary

Though they’re still going strong, the No Doubt singer—who shares sons Kingston, 19, Zuma, 16, and Apollo, 11, with ex Gavin Rossdale—previously revealed she almost walked away from their relationship during the early days together.
“There was a point where I was like, ‘I can’t even talk to you,’” Gwen told People in an interview last November. “‘This is insane. I already have enough problems. This is not happening anymore. We’re not going to text or nothing.’ We had just met, and it was chaos. Both of our lives were in complete turmoil, all over the ground. Nothing could save us at that point.”
But despite her hesitation, she and the “Ol’ Red” singer clicked once they worked together in 2016. At the time, the two wrote their country duet, “Go Ahead and Break My Heart,” over the phone, and she couldn’t deny their chemistry.
“I think he really wanted to impress me because he doesn’t really write songs as much as he used to,” she continued. “And I love writing songs. That’s everything to me. That’s where I get my fulfillment.”
