HBO exec Casey Bloys is sharing a new update on Euphoria‘s long-delayed third season.
The network finally confirmed in July 2024 that season three will be happening and that filming will begin in January 2025. The show has been delayed due to busy schedules of cast members like Zendaya and Sydney Sweeney, as well as script issues.
Following HBO’s multiple Emmy wins this weekend, Bloys is sharing a new update.
“I don’t know the exact date, but I will tell you that we’ve been working with Just Jared Sam [Levinson]. I’ve been very pleased with the scripts that we’re getting. Our plan was to shoot starting in mid-January, and that’s still on track,” he told Deadline.
