We gotta talk about the Live Big Brother show Last night some Golden Bachelor news. Nick Vial and his wife are going to host a reality show.
Yes, we will discuss very briefly the whole CEO with his Sidepiece HR woman that got caught cold handed. The cold play concert and yes, I saw, I know what you did last summer. No spoilers, but I will talk about my thoughts. So let’s get started. Yeah, you heard me correctly. This wasn’t a, we’ll get to that momentarily with an ad break.
I think moving forward after having a meeting, I’m gonna change up the ad breaks on this podcast. It’s not gonna be in the beginning. We’re gonna jump right into things. And it looks like, you know, my episodes are, you know, 24 to 28 minutes. Normally on the daily roundup, it looks like we’re gonna have an ad break around the eight or nine minute mark, and then around the, I don’t know, 15, 16 minute mark around there.
But that’s before I put it in. So if I put it at the eight minute mark. I, I’ll figure it out, but just know it doesn’t look like I’m gonna put ads in the beginning of the podcast anymore. Just wanna give you a heads up for anybody that was interested. Big Brother Live eviction. Last night when I last left you talking about this and having read the Big Brother recaps for what was going on on the live feeds, I said it looks like Amy was safe because Rachel is protecting her and.
People are seemingly right now following Rachel’s lead, and they don’t wanna piss Rachel off. So if Amy does not win, big Brother Blockbuster, the BB, B, and she’s up there, whoever she’s up there, she’s staying and the other person is going. So it basically was, if Amy wins, the interesting vote would be if it was between Zay and Kelly, that one was gonna be close from what I saw.
Online about two hours before the live eviction last night. If it was between Zay and Kelly, I think Zay would’ve went home by a vote of eight to six. It would’ve been close. This one was nine to five, and one of the Twitter accounts that I saw had every vote, right, except they had Riley voting for Kelly, but he switched his vote to Zay.
You wanna know why? ’cause RI is now obsessed with Katherine.
This is what Riley said to Katherine in the house, by the way, in case you didn’t know the connection I have with you, the feelings that I have for you are way more than 750,000. Now I’m not even here for that anymore. I’m just here for, I wanna keep you safe. I wanna watch you win this shit. Are you kidding me?
10 days in, this guy’s playing for somebody else. Hey Catherine. Just wait till you get outta that house whenever it may be and find out about Riley’s backstory. Numerous arrests, and apparently he’s got a baby mama that’s going to deliver his baby in the next month while he’s away on tv. Although he might not be away on TV ’cause he might get sent home in the next 30 days.
We don’t know, but my gosh. I can’t. He, he’s playing for somebody else. Dude, just eliminate yourself. Why are you even there saying you’re gonna play for someone you met 10 minutes. No, 10 minutes. Seems like 10 minutes. 10 days ago. Really? Ri, this guy’s already whipped. Come on Ri. But yeah, he said that to her.
It’s caught on the live feeds and he’s obsessed with Catherine. And yes, I’m very well aware of the things being said about. Catherine Morgan and Lauren, I’m aware, live eviction. Last night, the BB blockbuster. I am so confused. I didn’t, I wasn’t scrolling on my phone. I didn’t have anything else on in the background at that time.
I have no idea what that comp was about. I understand they had to unscramble words. But they never even showed us what the unscramble words were. And if you saw, and all it was, was pick up one of these things and place it down and hit your button based on the clues. Well, once Kelly won, could you at least tell us what, what she did, what she figured out?
’cause I, I saw the word with WITH. That was the only thing that I saw that was saw. Like why couldn’t they explain to us what the hell was going on? And did you notice? Zay picked up that pageant crown and he was holding it in his hands. I don’t know why he didn’t walk over to his button and press it. If he did, he would’ve won, but he had it in his hands and Kelly ended up doing it.
She ended up winning and by a vote of nine to five,
Zay ends up going home over Amy and look. I love Rachel Re two time guest on this podcast. The thing is, I never watched Rachel play Big Brother. I’ve never seen her on this show. I saw her on Traders and that’s it. But I know she’s very iconic on this show, but you can tell that House doesn’t want to piss her off.
Zay got sent home ’cause he argued with the Queen and I guarantee she turned everybody in that house against him or most people. But what’s interesting. And our guest from two weeks ago, Sharon Tharp, got to interview Julie Chen mve yesterday, and Julie Chen mve said, by the way, this version of BB Blockbuster, AI arena, whatever you want to call it, it’s basically here to stay because the show did not like in the early episodes, basically doing a houseboat where nobody wanted to ruffle feathers, and they’re just like, Nope, we’re going this way.
We’re going this way with it. Everybody’s voting for this person out. We had a nine five vote in the first vote of the season. Have we ever had that many dissenting votes? And if Riley doesn’t flip, because he is so attached to Katherine, it would’ve been eight, six. So. I don’t know. I, you know, I’ve only watched in season 21, but that’s always been my issue with the first four or five eliminations, maybe even deeper.
It’s like, it’s always fairly unanimous. Maybe one vote goes somebody else’s way, but it’s always just, how’s the vote? They’re gone. Julie said, yeah, we’re not doing that anymore. That’s why we even incorporated. AI Arena, BB Blockbuster, it’s gonna be a part of it. Every season we’re putting three nominations up and one of ’em is gonna have a chance to win themselves off the block.
So it’s here to stay. And as much as I don’t really care for it, if it’s gonna make more interesting votes happen, I’m all for it. ’cause I feel like in the early season there was never any suspense. There was a little bit of suspense last night. Let’s be honest. Because there was a chance that Amy could have gone home.
She did get five votes, she should have had six if Riley didn’t flip. But we never get those close votes in the first eviction of the season, right? So. Keep an eye out for that. It’s here to stay. But last nights just did not translate well on television. I had no idea what was going on. I was so confused.
And it wasn’t even explained really. It was explained at the beginning. But once Kelly won, I was like, what did she solve? Can we get the words that she unscrambled? Because all I got was with
