Picking a cardio machine for your home gym can be a challenge—especially if you have limited space. However, a rowing machine is not only one of the most space-saving options (if you have a collapsible one), but it is also a fantastic way to get your heart rate up while remaining low-impact.
Rowers are often quite pricey, but right now, Amazon is selling this $600 Joroto Rowing Machine for only $300. While that’s still not cheap, it’s an excellent price for a rower, so don’t scroll too fast if you’re in the market.

Made with a rather pretty oak wood, this rower is surprisingly aesthetically pleasing and also incredibly sturdy, with the ability to hold up to 330 pounds. It is adjustable for different heights and has foot straps that keep you securely locked in as you row. It is also relatively compact and can fold up and be stored when not in use.
“The machine is substantial, but not too heavy—about 75 pounds when filled with water,” said one shopper. “The wheels are positioned so it is easy to fold.”
This is a water-based machine, which means that the fan is pushing water instead of air, giving it the closest feel to an on-water experience. “Wow, completely blown away by this fantastic rower,” said one shopper. “The sound of the water was also very calming if you don’t have headphones/music playing.”
Despite looking somewhat like a medieval catapult, this rower is surprisingly high tech. It can connect via Bluetooth, which allows you to keep track of your stats over time, but if you don’t need a record of workout data, you can simply get your workout stats from the monitor which displays strokes, elapsed time, pace, calories burned, distance, and pulse rate.

Though it doesn’t come with a touch screen, you can connect it to a tablet or iPad if you are looking for a more virtual rowing experience.
Amazon has this listed as a limited-time deal, so be sure to shop fast before it sells out or the price gets jacked back up.
