They say that people look like their animals…. and if they don’t yet, it means they haven’t had enough time to marinade in their cat’s aura. So what does that say about me if my over-fed, diabetic chonker is an orange tabby cat? Or does a pet become more like its owner as time goes on? Our pets can take on mannerisms of human beings, for sure, but at what point should we be scared that cats themselves are simply furry humanoids waiting their chance to ascend the ranks of society?
Quite frankly, cats have already ascended to the top of the societal pyramid, emulating humanity in its truest form. Fat cats especially portray our unwillingness to move, unending drive to indulge in snackage, and the unyielding sense of superiority. The fat cat has surpassed humanity in its own human-ness. At this point, cats are more human than humans themselves.
