Inside minister says police have arrested ‘the one that left the bomb’ that exploded on Istanbul’s Istiklal Avenue.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had beforehand described Sunday’s assault on Istiklal avenue as “treacherous” and mentioned it “smells like terrorism”.
