NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Nation Music Affiliation Awards opened with Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert and Reba McEntire taking part in tribute to the late nation queen Loretta Lynn.
The famous person trio carried out a medley of Lynn’s hits together with “You Ain’t Girl Sufficient,” “Do not Come Dwelling A-Drinkin'” and “Coal Miner’s Daughter” as photos of Lynn have been projected behind them and viewers members sang alongside.
Lainey Wilson was the main nominee at Wednesday’s present and Alan Jackson acquired this 12 months’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Wilson earned nominations in six classes, together with feminine vocalist and album and music of the 12 months.
