Kitchen appliance deals
It’s the most wonderful time of the year to save on essential kitchen appliances that you’ve either been holding off on buying or seriously need to upgrade. Pick up one of our favorite rice cookers, a KitchenAid tilt-head stand mixer, or a countertop smar oven air fryer from Breville that can replace your air fryer, slow cooker, dehydrator, and other countertop cooking appliances (but not your rice cooker, you still need one of those if you eat a lot of rice at home).
DEAL: Zojirushi NS-LGC05XB Micom Rice Cooker & Warmer
This Zojirushi rice cooker has settings for keep warm, extended keep warm, and reheat, which means you’ll always have a supply of warm, perfectly cooked rice in your home. The 5.5-cup capacity is big enough to feed a crowd, and it also has a steamer function for making things like vegetable dishes and cakes. We also love the retractable power cord so it won’t get tangled if you need to store it in a cabinet.
DEAL: Toshiba 6 Cup Rice Cooker with Fuzzy Logic
This 6-cup Zojirushi rice cooker boasts “Fuzzy technology,” a feature that automatically detects the moisture levels in your rice to ensue that it comes out perfect in 30 minutes or less, every time. It also has a hoast of other settings for things like porridge and steamed eggs, and the inner pot has a nontoxic, nonstick coating for easy cleanup.
DEAL: Vitamix 5200 Blender
Vitamix is undeniably the king of the blender space, and the 5200 has long been our favorite model they make. It’s got an ideal mix of simplicity and power, with a simple dial that lets you control the speed, and a pulse lever for things like pesto. We’ve been impressed by this model time and time again in our testing, and it can be yours for a discount this Cyber Monday.
DEAL: Vitamix Explorian Blender
The Explorian is one of the most affordable options Vitamix has in their lineup. It has nearly all of the features you get with our favorite 5200, plus a lower profile that makes it great for small spaces where you might want to tuck it under your overhead cabinets. If you’re curious about other sales from our favorite blender maker, then be sure to shop our round-up of the best Vitamix sales.
DEAL: Omega NC900HDC Cold Press Juicer Machine
Omega’s horizontal juicers range in size and price, and you get more power and functionality the more you spend. But even the more compact models like this NC900HDC will wow you out of the box. In addition to being a powerful masticating juicer, you can use it to make nut butters and fruit and veggie purees. It also functions as a coffee grinder and food processor. Bonus: It’s easy to clean compared to other juicers.
DEAL: Breville Sous Chef 12-Cup Food Processor
If you’ve ever found yourself racing to beat the clock during a marathon meal-prep session, you’d probably get a lot of use out of a food processor. This pro model from Breville has a generous 16-cup capacity and comes equipped for you to slice, chop, shred, and even knead dough, so it’s got you covered no matter how ambitious your project is.
DEAL: KitchenAid Artisan Series 5 Quart Tilt Head Stand Mixer
If Vitamix reigns supreme in the blender space, then KitchenAid takes the cake for stand mixers. This Artisan Series tilt-head stand mixer powerfully whips, kneads, and whisks anything you put it up against, and the bowl is slightly tapered at the bottom so all ingredients are in contact with sides and get more evenly mixed. It’s the best of the best—making this one Cyber Monday appliance deal you don’t want to miss. If you’re a KitchenAid stan, check out even more deals from the brand.
DEAL: Nuwave Flex Precision Induction Cooktop
Dorm-dwellers, people with small apartments, and anyone who has ever wished they had an extra burner on their stove during the holidays will appreciate having this portable induction cooktop in their kitchen arsenal. It’s the definition of tiny-but-mighty: small enough to stash in a drawer, but powerful enough to reach temperatures of 500°F, with 45 pre-programmed settings.
DEAL: Typhur Dome Air Fryer
This Cyber Monday, don’t just settle for any old basket-style air fryer—treat yourself to sleek, splurgey model that vaguely looks like an alien probe. The Typhur Dome is our favorite air fryer upgrade. It’s fast, powerful, offers a wide temperature range to make a multitude of things, and is super big with over 150 square inches of cooking surface area. It doesn’t need any preheating and will cook food faster than a lot of the other models we tested.
Instant Pot Vortex Plus 6-Quart Air Fryer Oven
If you’re looking for a bucket-style air fryer (the kind where you pull out a drawer and perfectly golden, crispy French fries appear), we recommend the Instant Pot Vortex. It has a slim profile, a dishwasher-safe basket, and an intuitive control panel that’s easy to use right out of the box.
DEAL: Wolf Gourmet Elite Digital Countertop Convection Toaster Oven (WGCO150S)
The Wolf Gourmet Elite is basically a mini convection oven. It’s got the same advanced temperature control and probe thermometer you can expect out of a regular Wolf oven, and it’s also a lot bigger than the average countertop oven—all qualities that make it one of our favorite toaster ovens. It even uses convection cooking, so it can double as an air fryer. That size does unfortunately make it heavier than other toaster ovens and it’s also pretty pricey, but sales on Amazon and Williams Sonoma can at least help take the edge off of that cost.
DEAL: Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro
For those in shopping for an air fryer toaster oven, you can’t get much better than the Breville Smart Oven. It’s the most versatile air fryer we tested and includes a variety of easy-to-use extra features that elevate the cooking experience, but don’t feel like overkill. It can bake, broil, roast, slow-cook, dehydrate, and, air-fry, and fit food as big as a whole chicken.
DEAL: All-Clad Electrics Stainless Steel Immersion Blender
If you simply haven’t got the budget or counter space for a whole Vitamix blender, then an immersion blender might be the way to go. These are basically handheld blenders you can store in a drawer or cabinet, and take out whenever you need. Vitamix makes their own immersion blender (which you can also find on sale), but our editors prefer the All-Clad immersion blender. It features a high-speed Turbo button, and the blade is positioned a little higher than on other immersion blenders—meaning it better sucks even the chunkiest of vegetables into its vortex.
DEAL: Vitamix 5-Speed Immersion Blender
Both commerce writers Wilder Davies and Emily Farris are big fans of immersion blenders. They offer the same versatility of a conventional blender but are far easier to clean. They are best known for blending soups directly in the pot, but they are also great at making creamy, emulsified salad dressings.
BUY IT: Ninja Creami Deluxe 11-in-1 Ice Cream & Frozen Treat Maker
Is the Ninja Creami an ice cream maker? Not exactly. In order to use the Ninja Creami you need to freeze all your contents ahead of time and then use it to blend them up. It’s sort of like a consumer version of the Pacojet, if that means anything to you. If it doesn’t, just know that it’s the thing for making sorbets and smoothie bowls.
DEAL: DASH Rapid Egg Cooker
BA staffer Alma Avalle is a big fan of this $20 dollar egg cooker. The UFO-shaped tool can cook up to six eggs at a time, and is extremely simple to use. All you do is put water into the reservoir and click the on button and wait for the appliance to sing its little song. The level of doneness is determined by the amount of water you put into the machine. Less water=jammy center, more water=firm, golden yolk.
DEAL: Instant Pot Pro 10-in-1 Pressure Cooker
The Instant Pot “craze” might be over, but we still love having the opportunity to have pulled pork and brisket at a moment’s notice. If you’re just getting into the world of electric pressure cookers, this 10-in-1 model has all the features you’ll need and more. Yeah, it can slow cook and pressure cook, but it can also make yogurt and bake bread.
DEAL: Instant Pot Duo Mini
It’s the Instant Pot, but fun-sized! The 3-quart capacity is perfect for small apartments and for solo cooking. Also, if you are already a serious IP-head, this could serve as a sidekick to the larger version for more complex meals.
DEAL: Philips Sparkling Water Maker
The Philips soda maker can put out bubbly, spicy water with the best of them, and it has a slicker look than most. But unlike some of the other beautiful countertop soda makers (looking at you Aarke) the Philips is actually quite affordable.
DEAL: Zwilling Enfinigy Personal Blender
There is simply no better personal blender than this smoothie master from Zwilling. It’s incredibly powerful and produced better results than any other personal blender during our tests.

Our favorite electric gooseneck kettle from Fellow is on sale today too (perfect for pour-over coffee), along with our top-tested standard-spout electric kettle from OXO.
DEAL: Café Specialty Drip Coffee Maker
The Café Specialty Coffee Maker is a machine for hard-core coffee connoisseurs who want to optimize their brew to the highest level. What does that really mean? You can change both the temperature and the brew strength of your coffee to make it exactly customized to your preferences. Breville is one of the top brands when it comes to espresso makers. They make one of our absolute favorite budget models, the Bambino Plus. While the Bambino isn’t currently on sale, you can get the much more high-tech model, the Barista Express Impress, for $100 off at Williams Sonoma. Or, if you’re the type who’d let a robot run your home if you could, spring for one of Breville’s techiest offerings to date and go with the Oracle Touch. It’s been a game-changer for commerce editor Carina Finn and is on sale in a gorgeous blue color for over $300 off on Amazon right now.
DEAL: Moccamaster 53933 KBGV Select 10-Cup Coffee Maker
Before the Fellow Aiden and Ratio coffee machines knocked it out of the top position, Technivorm’s Moccamaster long reigned as the best drip coffee maker—and it still is a really great coffee maker. We love the fact that it uses just two switches: one to turn the machine on, and one to toggle between modes for making a full or a half-carafe. It also comes in tons of colors, from vivid orange to retro-inspired pastels.
DEAL: Nespresso Vertuo Plus Coffee and Espresso Maker By De’Longhi
If you’re going to buy a pod-style coffee maker, it should probably be the Nespresso Vertuo. It makes regular hot coffee as well as espresso shots, and doesn’t take up too much counter space. All of the machines in Nespresso’s newer Vertuoline can read the bar code on the (recyclable!) capsule and brew the perfect cup (or shot) for each specific size and style. The best part? All you have to do is push a single button.
DEAL: Braun Brewsense Coffee Maker
There are now a lot of high end drip coffee makers out there that let you precisely set your brew temperature and even bloom the coffee the way you might if you were making pour-over. The Braun Brewsense is not that: It’s just a simple drip coffee maker, but it still makes a really nice pot. It’s why it’s been our favorite budget coffee maker for going on two years.
DEAL: WACACO Nanopresso Portable Espresso Maker
This mini handheld espresso mechanism actually works better than a lot of low-grade electronic espresso machines. The trick? Using a hand pumping mechanism to create pressure. Use it for stellar coffee when you’re camping or traveling—or if you just want a low-cost, low-profile way to make espresso at home.
DEAL: Fellow Clara French Press
Like all of Fellow’s coffee making equipment, their French press is a sleek, highly functional piece that you’ll want to display on your kitchen counter. The matte black finish will look at home in any modern kitchen, and the 24-ounce capacity is large enough to make coffee for a crowd.
DEAL: ESPRO – P7 French Press
Espro makes one of the best French presses we’ve ever used. The P7 stands out from the crown thanks to two superfine micro mesh filters, which makes for an incredibly smooth and nuanced cup of coffee. It has a 32-ounce capacity, so you can have your friends over for coffee—the only reason you’ll need to brew a second pot is because it’s so good.
DEAL: Hamilton Beach FlexBrew Trio 2-Way Coffee Maker
With the Hamilton Beach FlexBrew Coffee Maker, flexibility is key: you can brew a single cup using a pod or coffee grounds, or prepare up to 12 cups with ground coffee. The machine features five single-serve sizes to choose from, and its 56-ounce water reservoir can brew seven single servings without needing to be refilled. Its standout feature is speed—brew a single cup in just 90 seconds, or pre-program your morning brew to start when you wake up.
DEALS: Zulay Kitchen Pro Milk Frother Wand
If you want to add a little frothed milk to your morning coffee, a handheld milk frother is a quick and easy (and super affordable) way to do it. Bonus: You can also use this to quickly dissolve powders into liquids and even to emulsify small bathes of salad dressing.
DEAL: Fellow Stagg EKG Pro Electric Kettle
Fellow’s electric gooseneck kettle is the best one for making pour over coffee at home. It consisently wins our testing thanks to its precise pour and impressive functionality. The kettle features automatic temperature hold so you don’t have to worry about it getting cold too fat, and you can also set the single degree from 104ºF–212ºF. The integrated brew timer and clock features make this a must-have for serious coffee people.
DEAL: OXO Brew Adjustable Temperature Kettle, Electric, Clear
If you don’t do pour-overs at home, you don’t need a gooseneck-style spout. This clear kettle from OXO is our top-tested standard-style spout kettle and we love it because it heats quickly and automatically holds the target temperature for 30 minutes. Like pricier kettles, you can set this one to the single degree from 104ºF–212ºF using a knob too. The simple control panel features a real-time temperature display and instructions and suggested temps are printed on the electric base (underneath where the kettle itself sits).
DEAL: Fellow Corvo EKG Electric Kettle
If you don’t do pour overs at home but still want a stylish electric kettle with lots of features, this cute, compact standard-spout kettle from Fellow lets you set the temperature to the exact degree with a haptic knob and automatically holds the target temperature for an hour.

Inexpensive, effective, and easy to use; the question isn’t if you should buy an oven thermometer, but why you haven’t bought one already. Pop one in your oven, grill, or smoker for a reliable read on your cooking temp.
DEAL: Material Grippy reBoard
We generally recommend getting one or two of three types of cutting boards—a plastic cutting board, a wood board, or a rubber board. If you’re looking for the best plastic cutting board, then lucky you—our favorite pick is on sale right now thanks to the Material Cyber Monday sale. The board is made of renewable sugarcane and recycled plastic, and features smart design features like a small corner hole to push diced onions through and silicone corners that help prevent slipping (hence the name “grippy”). The board can show signs of wear and scratching over prolonged use, still the silicone corners keep it virtually stuck in place and the stylish colors it’s available in mean you won’t hate leaving it out on the counter. It’s discounted now during Material’s Kinder Kitchens Sale, which allows shoppers to pay it forward this holiday season and give a donation from their discount to One Love Community Fridge.

It is a bit of a splurge for small appliance like a kitchen sale—but lucky for you, you can snag it on sale right now from not one, but two different retailers.
DEAL: OXO Salad Stainless Steel Spinner
Not all salad spinners are created equally and if you’re going to invest in one, or upgrade your old hand-me-down, it’s worth spending a little more on this Oxo model with a stainless steel bowl that doubles as a salad serving bowl. We also love that there’s a lock on the pump so it can be stored in the pushed-down position.

Kuhn Rikon 10-Inch French Wire Whisk
Believe it or not, whisks come in all shapes and sizes in order to excel at different tasks . The French whisk is long and narrow, as opposed to the more conventional balloon whisk. This makes it ideal for getting into the corners of pots and pans. Use this whisk for anything you might need to beat over heat, like roux, bechamel, and other classic sauces.
